I know what it's like to sit in a room and watch your phone light up with a name that makes your heart-not with excitement, but with a familiar, heavy dread.
I know what it's like to feel like the only way to keep the peace it to give up your own If you are reading this and you're tired of being the "fixer," the "helper," and the one who always stays, I want to say three things to you:
1. Your empathy is a superpower, but it is not a sacrifice. You were born to do great things, not just to survive someone else's storms.
2 You are not responsible for the loneliness of a man who refuses to grow. You can't build a future on a foundation that keeps being broken.
3. There is a version of you waiting on the other side of this. She is calm, she is successful, and she is at peace.
I am starting this blog to document my own "Fresh Start." I am a natural caretaker who is finally learning to take care of myself. As I build my career as a Virtual Assistant and rebuild my life from the ground up, I'm inviting you to walk this path with me. I'm not just moving on, I am moving up. I am trading the chaos for a career, and the heartbreak for a breakthrough.
